We used the buffet restaurant a couple of times for breakfast and once again we wasn’t disappointed as there was plenty of choice with everything being cooked fresh and hot and the fresh juices were to die for and the price really isn’t that bad around $23 compared to some of the other hotels. We read a lot of reviews prior to our trip and wasn’t sure what we had let our selves in for it’s true to say that “yes there are better looking hotels” on the strip but this hotel didn’t let us down at all the room was very big and more than adequate for our stay some reviews read that the rooms are dated ? Considering this is one of the first hotels built at the south end of the strip it’s still looking well for its age the Decor is fitting to this hotels theme and will not disappoint. We stayed at the Tropicana in December and used this venue for our very small wedding ceremony as after 30 years together will didn’t need all the headache and expense that a wedding brings all of the staff are amazing and help in anyway possible to make your stay pleasant.
